As a project manager my duties are to be involved with site evaluation and testing of soils to insure sites are clean and build able without increased cost. Interviewing with contractors and bidding of the construction site as to plans and budget. Hiring of contractors and signing contracts.Working closely with the architect and design team to keep building on time and built to our standards.Work with the sales team for the event center itself and help with their sales efforts and questions in regards to the building and the state of art equipment being put into the center.Work closely along side the contractors to help in any rfi's and proposals or change orders to keep building on time and budget.Work with the subs on site from time to time to answer questions in regards to how it is to look and specific building aspects.Work closely with corporate staff to keep them up to date as to our timing and money needs as we go forward.Manage team of men that work on the media and Internet and controls of the buildings. Give dates and times for deliveries of owner supplied items and over see all ff&e's get delivered and put in to correct spots.Help with the openings of each sight and the continued up keep of all centers.Involved with design and performance of centers.Basically as a project manager I am involved in every aspect of our companies needs. This is a job I have been in training for my whole life!

Blue hat ventures is a start up construction company to help faciltate all construction for the Steve Down companies. My role is the Project manager. Steve Down companies own The falls event centers and Even Stevens sandwich shops. My main role was the building of The Falls event centers (15,000 sq ft hospitality space) Leo has a very strong knowledge of all construction trades and ability to perform hands on in each trade with skill and efficiency.Leo has managed employees throughout his career with a gentle yet effective and passionate desire for being the best!

I am a very experienced professional.I grew up in Provo, Utah enjoying all that Utah has to offer to its fullest!Picked up many interest, & hobbies a long the way.From skiing,snowboarding 100 day ski seasons in my 20's to boating, water skiing, hunting, fly fishing, golfing, riding motocross and trail riding, camping, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, you name it i would bet i have tried it.

Respond to homes that have been damaged by fires,floods,winds etc.Discuss the process of getting home back together and oversee all operations of the process.Work with insurance adjusters and clients to see that everything goes nice and smooth for all.
