As Technology project manager, I collaborate with the Grow Glide team to manage the development of software and technology solutions. I am also charged with managing external teams and guiding them to complete projects on time and on budget. As an on-site architectural rep, I administrated the construction process of a multi-million dollar institutional facility for Florida International University.Durning these years, I was responsible for maintaining construction logs, schedules, and important project documentation. Dealt with the client (FIU) on a one to one basis to discuss design proposals, additional services agreements and scopes of work. Heavily participated in design issues, quality control and the overall aesthetics for all applications during construction. Consulted daily with the design architect (KPF) to ensure that the building retained its original design intent. Successfully closed out the construction of the Graduate School of business
