I developed queries in relational databases (SQL Server / Oracle SQL) to optimize and speed up tasks performed by my team. I enhanced my skills in process automation, utilizing both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and in-browser script automation (iMacros/Javascript).I excelled in process automation, developing over 500 scripts in 4 years. These scripts were widely used by various colleagues for a variety of tasks, including configuration, restructuring, and creation across different platforms in the company ecosystem. This initiative significantly contributed to accelerating the delivery time of demands made by my team by at least 50%.I also developed algorithms and graphical interfaces in Python that contributed to optimizing tasks such as bulk link validation and API consumption. I deepened my experience with tools for Rest APIs, such as Insomnia, and worked with low-code tools, including PowerAutomate and PowerAgents (Copilot Studio), to create customized and effective solutions for various needs of my department, with a notable example being the creation of a humanized chatbot.I took responsibility for code versioning of repositories dedicated to automation scripts and database queries, aiming to ensure the quality and efficiency of code stored in those repositories.I worked with the analysis, resolution, and forwarding of tickets, using Sydle and OTRS systems, and performed tasks as well as collaborated extensively using Microsoft Office tools.
