As a Senior International Trade Specialist & Commercial Country Desk Officer at the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration, Office of China (currently on detail) and Office of Eurasia, my role centers on boosting trade between the United States and China & the United States and Eurasia while cultivating stronger partnerships between government and businesses. This mission is accomplished through active collaboration with diverse stakeholders, spanning US government agencies and business associations.With 10 years of experience serving companies in international business, my passion for international trade, foreign affairs, and languages is rooted in my multicultural background. As a native Spanish speaker proficient in Portuguese, French, Italian, Japanese, and Turkish, I honed my skills while living in Türkiye as a Rotary International Youth Exchange student and working abroad.
