As part of IBM Global Field Services (GFS) at Cisco Systems our team provided IT network implementation to all the Campus and Branch Field Sales offices in the Americas (AMER) theater - North, Central and South Americas.Work included:* Network hardware refresh* Configuration standardization of all Cisco WAN, Core, Distribution and Access layer network devices* Rolling out Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and lightweight access points * Rolling out ACNS and WAAS WAN acceleration devices* Configuring new sites in CUCM * Deploying new IP phones and conference phonesDuring this time I also served as a member of the QA team (team lead) and San Jose Campus team lead.

Taught CCNA and CCNP classes for the Computer Networking and Information Technology department at City College of San Francisco. As a Cisco Academy instructor, I was responsible for both lecture and hands-on lab delivery. Along with Carlos Colom, I built and maintained both Cisco labs at CCSF.
