With over four years of experience as the Head of Data Science & Analytics at DCEM, I am passionate about applying Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence to solve complex problems and optimize outcomes in the Military domain. I have a Master's degree in Governance, Technology, and Innovation from Universidade Católica de Brasília, and I am also an AI Researcher at the same institution.As the leader of a talented and diverse team, I have successfully developed and implemented Python algorithms for talent management analytics, using Machine Learning, Flask, and Natural Language Processing techniques. I have also leveraged Descriptive and Predictive Analytics to support decision-making and strategy formulation for Military applications. Additionally, I have a strong background in Geospatial Intelligence, Virtual Simulation, and Information Security, acquired from my previous roles in the Combat Training Center and the Military Academy. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and collaborate with other professionals in the field of Data Science, Analytics, and Innovation.
