LAR.app was the first Brazilian tech startup that brought 100% proprietary digital solutions for condo management.

Led both Customer Support and Onboarding Teams (20+ people)- Gained about 80% on onboarding time in less than 3 months;- Redesigned support processes for a better flow between Support, Onboarding and Product Teams;

Led Finance, Product, Operations and B.I Teams.- Managed a budget of more than USD 3MM;- Designed and created the Ops team to work as a SSC and implemented it from scratch;- Moved from MS Excel sheets to a proper ERP for Finance Controlling.- Led 3 yearly auditing processes mostly with big 4 companies;- Moved from MS Excel sheets to Tableau for Business Inteligency;- Worked along with a alumni network of more than 600 people;

Acted as Managing Director for Ecuador (early stage), Thailand, India, Pakistan and South Korea (expansion stage), Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia (break-even stage).- Started and Led Ecuadorian business into 4th place (among 33 countries) in rides volume;- Broke-even Argentina and Uruguay in less than 3 months after launching the billing phase;- Completely redesigned the business in Pakistan;- Led the Asia divest from the operational side;- Launched credit card payment in app in Thailand, Korea and Uruguay;- Launched driver billing project in Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia;

Managed Production, Mainteinance and Logistics areas (100+ people) on the Ecuadorian Operation.Turnaround situation with lots of interesting challenges.

- Sales and Operation Planning design and implementation for 9 International Units (AR, BO, CL, CO, EC, PE, PY, UY, US);- Corporate level implementation, support and standardization on logistics projects, KPIs and routines;- Process Improvement on Export Operations;- Participation on SAP processes design for Production Planning, Logistics, Quality and Maintenance for international operations.

Supporting SAP SD on global retail operations (US, Europe and America's south).
