Upon ADT-C's acquisition of Ackerman's commercial business, in addition to ensuring all commercial accounts were successfully integrated into ADT's monitoring centers, transitioned to managing a team of 30 personnel consisting of Program Managers, Project Managers, and supporting field staff in support of a portfolio of national accounts' installation operations.

It was my job to help them stand on their own feet so that the people of Iraqi could control the destiny of their country. Planned and coordinated security and combat operations for an 800-soldier Iraqi Army battalion, responsible for regional civil defense and security for 140,000 Iraqi civilians.

Led 137 outstanding Infantrymen (and an additional 20+ support field artillery, medical, and logistics support soldiers) of the legendary Audie Murphy Company. Two combat tours in Iraq serving in both Ad Dawr Qada (OIF III) and Salman Pak (OIF V). Helped train Iraqi Security Forces to (local Iraqi National Guard) transition into self-sustaining units (Iraqi Army) to take control of Iraqi security. Conducted more than 30 battalion size combat operations.

Resourced training resources and scheduled training for a 4000-plus soldier brigrade in prepartaion for deployment to combat in Southwest Asia (Iraq) through one Intensive Training Cycle and two domestic training deployment. Oversaw the forward deployment of an entire brigade's personnel (4000-plus soldiers) and equipment (1000-plus pieces of rolling stock) from Kuwait to Central Iraq.

Supported all operational issues and served as a liaison between the 82nd Airborne Division and the various units of Task Force Baghdad (1st Armored Division). Developed and implemented a plan for training, equipping, and funding of the Facilities Protection Forces, creating a 2,000-member guard force in Southwest Baghdad following the fall of the local government

Second in command of a 181 man element (with attachments) and the primary logistician during the unit’s entire assault into Iraq beginning at Tallil Airbase in Southern Iraq in March 2003, through the arrival in Baghdad on 03 May 2003, and throughout the follow on combat operations in the Al Bayaa district of Southwest Baghdad until October 2003, successfully establishing two operating bases with only a 4-man team in hostile areas during invasion of Iraq.

Responsible for the training and readiness of the organization, as well as ensuring the organization was capable of deploying world-wide within 18 hours of notification.
