Leo Chan, a seasoned finance and technology professional, has worked with Fortune 500 companies in Asia, Europe, and North America. Mr. Chan specializes in financial services, supply chain management and next generation telecommunication technology. He spearheaded billion dollars foreign direct investment into China's technology sectors as early as the 1990's. He co-founded technology startups in the United States since 2004 and led mergers and acquisitions in North America and Asia since mid 2005. Prior to his current position, he was Chief Investment Officer of SR Investments, a University alumni fund, Managing Director of TCL Capital, and Managing Director and CEO of Virgo Capital Holdings (a boutique merchant bank). Mr. Chan holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to that, he was educated in Paris and was admitted by Sciences-Po and HEC's MBA programs in 1999. Leo speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese with knowledge of French and Japanese.
