• Develop and maintain Workday custom reports and visualizations, including advanced, matrix, composite reports, metrics/KPIs, and dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, Slides, and People Analytics.• Administer the Merit and Incentive program. Ensure alignment with HR objectives, while staying within annual spend budget. Develop project plans designed to address stakeholder needs and available team resource.• Perform, prepare, and communicate story-based analysis, insights, and recommendations in an easy to understand and actionable way, to drive HR and company performance. • Lead analytical project on Cisco’s quarterly learning review. Analyze and then effectively strategize regarding reporting goals, schedules, budget, needed resources, and team member coordination. Identify, evaluate, and suggest new technology trending that will have an impact on the enterprise-wide Learning BI systems.• Create elegant, real-time data visualization dashboards with Tableau and Google Data Studio to reflect emergent trends in Cisco’s learners’ behavior. Communicate data driven business insight to senior management, with ability to cascade information and drive influence across global HR organization.• Manage learning subscription program of Cisco Learning. Negotiate with LinkedIn, Udemy and Pluralsight vendor, and proactively manage subscription license pool based on data collection. Consolidate various data sources with API Integration into SQL database.• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR areas (learning and development, leadership programs, university relations) to promote data governance, improve overall strategic and operational performance.

• Developed recommendation engine using IBM SPSS Modeler to provide tailored learning solution for every Cisco engineer, which later scaled into a NextGen enterprise solution incorporated within Degreed. Analyzed large quantity of data from various sources, to understand employee's learning demand and build predictive models.• Text-mined MTM Customer Satisfaction surveys (post-training) and looked for relationship between employee satisfaction score and their feedback/opinion in unstructured free-form text. Conducted sentiment analysis to understand what does our engineers like and dislike about the learning program.• SPSS Programmer for the 2013 and 2014 Cisco Senior Tech Talent Survey Analysis. Major responsibilities included data analyzing, text mining, and data visualization. Developed decision trees, correlation matrices, regression and neural net models using IBM SPSS Modeler, SAS, and Tableau to analyze employee satisfaction, professional expertise, promotions, etc.• Responsible for the Engineering L&D budget and operation process management, ensuring global consistency with regional effectiveness and scalability. With focus on Gross Margin Management in the following domains: Learning and Development consulting, operation (budget, forecast, validation, reporting, vendor negotiation), talent development strategy.• Enhanced the Target Marketing process by coding Excel VBA macros, which developed into a critical tool to use in the L&D department. The automation macro reduces human errors and improve data tracking efficiency.
