I have worked in Channel 903, Commercial Radio of Hong Kong for 9 years and have changed into part-time program host in 2009. I finished my last part-time program in May 2013.During these years, I have developed my career in the Digital Marketing field and I have created a project named “Dreamsbond” (「Dream’s幫」).It was formed by 6 VTC graduates who have a shared mission of helping young people to realize their dreams. Since “Dreamsbond” members also aspire to develop their careers in creative industries, VTC prompted them to take part in producing creative videos. The videos were developed either “talk-of-the-town” or humour which were well received by the young people. “Dreamsbond” demonstrated in the videos how to realize dreams no matter how nonsensical they were. The 6 viral videos generated over 1,000,000 clicks. The number of the Facebook fan page was increased from 800 to over 11,000(until 2011)In 2010, in the name of Dreamsbond and IVE, we won the Red Bull Flugtag Champion which was the first time that a flying competition was held in Asia. Our Dreamsbond project also won the Best Ubiquitous Networking (Digital Media Marketing Campaign) Silver Award at Hong Kong ICT Awards 2011 (香港資訊及通訊科技獎).In 2013, I acted as a Digital Marketing Consultant for my company named "Song Do Nam" which handles various projects including creative development, digital marketing, video shooting, program hosting, MC, VO recording, etc. I also acted as Creative Director of New Media Group in 2016 and Chief Creative Officer of Fevaworks Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited in 2019.
