Set up FINEOS in North America to develop the CRM market. As it turned out the CRM market was about to tank and the .com bubble was about to burst so we needed to develop a new niche market. After looking at what we had in CRM we decided to focus on the disability claims market.This strategy proved to be very successful and in 2005 myself and a colleague Ted Nutter decided to move from FINEOS to set up our own business to develop a world class claims management system that specializes in Life & Health claims systems.

Revenue: Delivered $6m in new business with 3 customers: Travelers, Toronto Dominion and GEFA.Managed relationships between senior management and development team to deliver Allfinanz product to market in 1997.Successfully identified niche market for product based on competitive analysis of the North American market.Built sales and marketing strategy to deliver Allfinanz product to the market.Built tele-marketing capability to target 250 insurance carriers in North America.Developed partner relationships to deliver whole product solution to market.Previous to 1997, I worked with McDonnell Douglas, Wang and other companies in various Direct Sales and Technical Management roles.
