I am responsible for Element Church campus development both at central and other locations, and oversee the coordination between campuses and central. This includes leadership development, as well as managing staff and volunteers to provide a growing and healthy multi-site structure throughout Element Church.

Leo served as the Director of Marketing for AG Financial Solutions, a financial firm for the AG denomination with over $2.5 billion in assets under management. Leo managed key staff and during his tenure completed a comprehensive rebranding project for the firm's corporate brand and sub-brands.
