Project Manager
Current▪ Develop alignment of internal stakeholders, including management and Business departments for implementation of new solution/ Enhance existing solution for E2E processes of the bank.▪ Design and develop BRDs for new processes/ solutions by conducting working group session with relevant stakeholders of the bank.▪ Support the development and lead the implementation of the digital solutions, working closely with DIB teams to conceptualize, develop programs, and to implement innovative process solutions that are clear differentiators vis-à-vis DIB and other market players.▪ Ensure Projects / Change request delivered meet stake holder’s expectation. ▪ Prepare project documents including Project approvals with details on costs, timelines and deliverables. ▪ Challenge business on benefits of the change request and identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency by working in unison with various project stakeholders▪ Participate and drive technical requirement gathering sessions to closure▪ Identify Project Risks during the project life cycle and escalate non manageable risk. ▪ Co-ordinate the release process including updates to operation procedure notes, training, parameterization and access control. ▪ Adhere to and ensure adoption of banks Project Management process.▪ Maintain communication and build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels of organization internal and external.▪ Research and Evaluate vendor products and consult business in decision making.▪ Effectively apply project management methodology and enforce project standards set by the organization.▪ Define and initiate project, schedule and performance, while ensuring the ultimate success and acceptance of the project.▪ Worked in the Banking industry in a related function.▪ Present regular updates on the projects, future initiatives and client issues.▪ Act as an escalation agent for production issues faced by the departments.
