Provide support to global information requirements through the dissemination of Publicly Available Information (PAI), media, and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) by maintaining multiple intelligence portals, sites, and online databases in support of Joint Special Operation Units in the CENTCOM AO. Collect and analyze foreign-based publicly available information by conducting scrapes of social media accounts to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to Joint Operation personnel filling intelligence gaps and validating classified reporting. Research and evaluate currently available and emerging best practices by utilizing Palantir, Google Earth, SIGINT-centric applications, and Commercial off-the-shelf Tools (COTS) to create Spatial-Temporal Pattern of Life products for HVI development & collection. Collaborate with other disciplines/specialties to perform advanced research, analysis, fusion of information from a variety of sources to prepare a multi-layered analysis and products in support of assigned projects. Coordinating responses to informal and formal Requests For Information (RFIs) that can be answered in full or in part in a timely manner by incorporating PAI with classified data sets to develop networks and identifying persons of interest for further analysis and/or collection requirement creation.

As the Intelligence Non-commissioned Officer In-Charge at The United States Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (USA-SATMO), I am part a two-person intelligence section that services over, 350 Soldiers, Civilians and Contractors assigned or attached in support of Foreign Military Sales and Mobile Training Teams that deploy worldwide. The intelligence section provides up-to-date intelligence and mission related information to members of the USA-SATMO staff as well as deployed service members and contractors on plans and operations in support of Department of Defense Security Assistance Missions in all five Combat Theaters. The section creates tailored threat briefs for Security Assistance personnel traveling to overseas locations at a rate of nine different country briefs monthly ranging from two to three briefs per week. These threat briefs provide senior to junior level leaders relevant information incorporating strategic to tactical assessments, conventional military threats, counter intelligence threats, and terrorism threats, which include current political and economic environment in relation to the duties performed. Depending on the Security Assistance Team scope of operation (ground, aviation, or watercraft), threat briefs include the area of interest as well as specific tactics, techniques, and procedures of solicitation and observation of third party organizations. The section also incorporate Force Protection, the local criminal threat, and other relevant information to provide the best "picture" possible so that they can make the best-informed decisions. The section manages, trains, and guides the unit in Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Security, Industrial Security, Intelligence Oversight, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, Personnel Recovery Mission Software, Security Clearance Processing and Command Inspection Program. I am the lead member for the Unit Personnel Recovery Working Group.

Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS) consisting of three Training Groups and two Advanced Training Academies that support 2,500 permanent party personnel and cadre, and 5,000 Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and psychological Operations students. Advises all Group and Battalions S2s on all Intelligence and security related matters to include Personnel Security, Information Security, Intelligence Oversight, and the Command Inspection Program and provides timely, relevant, accurate and predictive Intelligence Products for the command and subordinate units. Temporally performed duties as the Special Security Officer (SSO) of the unit maintaining a 100% compliance during the unit Command Inspection Program while establishing the office.Additional Skills – Updated the Microsoft Access Security Manager Database to incorporate a larger scale of gathering information and providing subordinate security managers timely and accurate information in regards to the personnel that fell under their purview. Volunteered approximately 40 hours per month to the Boy Scout Association by providing life skills and education in the areas of information technology, map reading, navigation, road and mountain biking and survival skills.

During which, the brigade deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 09-11 with one-year deployment to the Regional Control (South). During deployment, detailed as the Tactical Operations Night Non-commissioned Officer In-Charge. Established the Security Section in a newly formed Field Artillery Battalion apart of a newly formed digital Stryker Brigade. Built and sustained intelligence and security capabilities by providing training, policy, and staff assistance in support of subordinate companies. Laying the foundation for critical systems for the units function and future growth. Responsible for Personnel Security, Operations Security, Intelligence Oversight requirements and training, security clearance management and security awareness, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Officer, Battalion Provost Marshall Representative. Assisted the Battalion Intelligence Officer in the planning and production of combined analytical products to support the Military Decision Making Process. Additional Skills: Self-educated on the Global Broadcasting System (GBS) and expanded the capabilities of the system to have near real time communication with the Profiler Meteorological System which improved the accuracy of the munitions fired in Regional Command (RC)-South by downloading and transferring near-real-time weather data. Incorporated multiple Unmanned Aerial Systems Full Motion Video Feeds to display simultaneously on less monitors, with the ability to capture still images for data analysis, augment the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield, and provide to the Military Decision Making Process. While deployed, recognized by the Army Material Command Command Sergeant Major (CSM) for increasing the limits of the GBS to preform outside of its intended parameters.
