Process Safety Engineer
CurrentParticipate actively in carrying out and reviewing PHAs, with a focus on prioritizing areas of higher risk. Upload studies and recommendations, ensuring follow-up to guarantee implementation. Provide technical support for the implementation of prioritized recommendations. Collaborate on PHA studies and similar process recommendations to enhance overall effectiveness. Identify critical equipment for process safety, review its presence in the system, and ensure the execution of maintenance plans. Identify process technology package information and manage its integration into management systems. Monitor the performance of critical barriers for process safety. Develop and update standard operating procedures, identifying critical variables and associated control loops. Take part in RCAs for process events and follow up on resulting tasks, as well as participate in relevant process event audits.
