Reporting to the President & CEO. The Corporate Director of Teammate Resources (TR) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s TR operations. This position is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant teammate resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. This position manages and provides guidance to the state TR Managers (GA, NC, TN/CO), Corporate Talent Manager, Corporate Benefits and HRIS Compliance Manager and Corporate TR Generalist. Responsibilities also include collaboration with the V.P. of Finance as it relates to payroll management and acts as the administrator for the 401k retirement plan.
