As a curious thinker, I strive to fill the inquisitions that occupy my thoughts through study and comparison.Over the past 24 years:- I have spent 8 years studying leadership, self-organization, innovation and creativity,- I’ve led hundreds of individuals for over 10 years, and- In the remaining years, I have taken a leadership role in important staff jobs, considerably increasing my ability to understand intricacies.In both professional and private life, I have always accepted the challenges that were presented to me. My determination has aided me in carrying out tasks entrusted to me and managing to accomplish many successes in my career. Overflowing with innovative concepts, I believe that education towards alternative points of view allows for a well-rounded, critical approach. Through this I am able to obtain the knowledge I need to improve upon my theories while strengthening my beliefs and incorporating Edward De Bono’s ‘lateral thinking’ at any opportunity.In addition to my diversified university preparation, field experience has provided me with an exclusive learning experience. Circumstances on the field lend to many critical situations, allowing me to use my learned expertise in assessment and resolution. Supporting more than twenty years of professional performance, I have carried out intense and exciting work in Northern and Southern Italy and traveled abroad through countries that propose alternatives to majority establishments such as Egypt, Lebanon, Balkans, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Middle East.
