Organizational - Built the vision and designed a unique *holistic standards organization*, in charge not only of internationally-used data formats (GTFS Schedule & Realtime), but also validation of them (software & process) and indexation of datasets (online service). - Effectively created the organization: incorporation, bylaws, funders, founders, strategy, team structure, accounting charger and actual hiring and staffing. - In 2 years, got major stakeholders to become members, including tech giant (Apple & Google), Ministries of Transportations (France, Japan, California US, Victoria Australia) and compagnies from all the continents. - Replicated the vision in the Shared Mobility industry with the GBFS data format.Product Management Owned the vision, built the roadmap & strategy, hired the team and tracked the progress of world class products, including: - the GTFS Schedule Validator software, used now everyday by e.g. Google; - the GTFS Grading Scheme process, used by e.g. the State of California; - the data format extension GTFS-Pathways, which has been used to map major cities, including San Francisco SMTA (US), Boston MBTA (US), Paris RATP (France) and London TfL (UK).Industry Events - [Fall 2019] Organized two industry-wide workshops pre-covid: one in NYC (US) for the North American mobility industry and one in Paris (FR) for the European industry, to help build the vision & strategy. Around 40+ high-level technical attendees each: Head of city open data, lead of open data at public transit agencies, product manager at major mobility apps). - [Per-covid] Envisioned, structured and for some of them built the content and provided trainings and workshops in English, French, Spanish & German. - [Spring 2022] Envisioned and supervised the organization of the first ever international event dedicated to passenger information, attracting speakers from the most important mobility stakeholders from the 6 continents.
