Leo has over 20 years of combined small business experience as a practitioner, advisor, and college lecturer. He was first exposed to entrepreneurship at a young age working in the family business and saw first hand both the struggles and satisfaction it provides. He went on to complete his MBA to better appreciate and simplify the intricacies between theory and practice. Throughout the years, he is fortunate to “connect the dots” from experience gained in startups, small business, to working in and eventually partnering with global F500 firms.As a business advisor, Leo assists the small business community to secure over $90M in funding while helping to create and save over 1K jobs. He continues to serve the small business owners and provide guidance along with financing options to grow their businesses.
