• Assigned to the Clinical & Systems Transformation Ambulatory project • Implementation of a new electronic health record (EHR) system, Cerner, for PHSA, VCH, and PHC clinics replacing multiple aging existing systems to create one integrated health system across the Lower Mainland.

• Clients under management include Intuit, Anadarko Petroleum, Symantec, Massage Envy, FCA, Oxford Properties, ConocoPhillips, Translink, University of Waterloo.Project Management• Direct and manage all phases of the project from inception to completion to ensure on-time delivery.• Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities.• Monitor and control all project activities, issues, changes requests and risks. And be responsible for the overall quality of deliverables.• Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of all project communications including updates to the master project portfolio and project calendar.• Communicate with project sponsors, senior management and functional area managers and/or consultants regarding status of specific projects through formal and informal verbal and written communication methods.Business Analysis• Elicit requirement using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis /process mapping.• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.• Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, screen and interface designs, data flow diagrams, workflow diagrams.• Work independently with users to define concepts, as well as under direction of project managers.• Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance, and scope.• Lead the verification and management of requirements throughout the project.• Assist with the definition and continuous improvement of BA processes
