The main task of the team (10 members) was to improve and maintain the quality of HR support in 25 project countries (7,500 local and 750 expat staff).

Coordinating operational support to the project countries and monitoring project progress from the head office in Amsterdam.Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Sudan, Sudan, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Colombia, Haiti, Mexico, El Salvador, Iraq and Congo Brazzaville.

End responsible in DRC for 3 hospital projects, an emergency response project and an HIV/AIDS project with 40 international and 750 national staff.

The design and management of emergency aid and humanitarian projects in the event of natural disasters and conflicts from the head office in The Hague.

Flexible deployment in management positions in project countries or potential project countries for emergency interventions or exploratory missions.Program manager (Nepal, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and Guinee); adviser/trainer logistics (DRC and Burundi); logistics manager (Sierra Leone); several exploratory missions in Macedonia.

Field assignments in various project countries (South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Macedonia and Darfur) to implement emergency humanitarian medical projects.
