This experience led to a full-time position, where I deepened my expertise and earned my CompTIA Security+ certification.Transition to Healthcare and Leadership RoleAfter relocating to the Greater Grand Rapids, MN area, I joined Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital as a Patient Access Services Representative. My goal was to excel in this role, and within six months, my strong work ethic, quick learning, and positive personality led to a promotion to Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator. In this position, I focus on improving existing processes, developing new ones, and building strong working relationships with team members.
