I experienced my time a Tenfifty as living within a goldmine of AI knowledge and talent. There, I bettered my understanding of:- How value can be created here and now for any company with data at hand; and how it is done both process and technique-wise.- How a software engineer specialized in AI fits into this process.Assigned to a longer-term customer project implying:- Assisting in the development of a prediction model, with the constraint of holding the quality to allow deployment in a production setting over an API by colleagues.- Development using Python including pipeline for data transformation, feature engineering, model selection, training and testing.- Extensive use of Gradient Boosted Trees models, notably through Xgboost. Plus other Statistical and machine learning tools for forecasting, like Meta's Prophet.- Assisting with the development of an anomaly-detection algorithm.- Evaluation of the algorithm with both real and self-crafted synthetic data, visualization of the results. Dashboard with Plotly- Learning in-depth of the constraints bound to time-series and the packages and tool to prefer for working with such seriesI also have been assigned to other customer projects that implied:- NLP related pre-processing of text for feeding into a token based language model- EDA and insights over French communes online publication practices, for the crawl department

Created, managed and developed the French subsidiary of the online Swedish sign specialist Skyltdirect OST.Plaquendirect operates solely online and is now a well established provider of signs and creation tool for businesses of all sizes in the industrial and construction sectors in France.

The French Strategy was an online-internationalization agency specialised in porting Swedish web services to the French market.Projects:• Spamdrain AB: An evaluation of the online market for Antispam software in French speaking countries, followed by optimization of the selling channels.Increase of 17% of French customers•Pilotfish AB: Coordination of an offer regarding an invitation to tender for the public transportation services of Geneva.Coordinating the engineering and commercial teams for producing a commercial and technical response in French, in collaboration with Swiss local specialists, contributed to get the company to the second round of negotiations. •Seclave AB: Evaluation of the French-speaking online market for hardware password managers, followed by launching of adwords campaigns, website translation and its optimization for French markets.Other achievements:Author of Fransktalande e-handelsbloggen and agency’s website management. Helped with the newly launched French version of the web-service, while having three main responsibilities: Community management, customer support and online marketing. It is through this first contact with the universe of start-ups that I’ve learnt the importance of good consumer experience, good content, and conversion objectives – that all in one shaped my overall understanding of the dynamics of online businesses.Working under supervision of the European manager, I have learnt how to adapt my overall way of working in order to follow a company’s vision.
