From my very early age, I was a child who was always curious. I always asked my parents questions. Even now, I'm still super-curious about new things, I'm always ready to learn new knowledge, ready to take on new challenges and ready to achieve new goals."Listen More Talk Less" -Asking right questions to understand colleagues, customers and friends is my strong point. I will listen to the others' problems with all my heart and speak only when necessary. In my opinion, Listening and asking reasonable questions are the most important skills for effective communication. Listening from many sides allows me to look at a more diverse and objective problem and then come up with the most reasonable solutions.I am a final year student on International Business Management at Middlesex university and have a part-time job as an Operation Manager at Glamourpus nails. Besides studying and working, I am very interested to participate in volunteer activities, such as: sale assistant at British Heart Foundation, sale assistant at Cancer UK research. In addition, I am also an active member of the Middlesex Debating Society. My experiences in study, work and extracurricular activities have enabled me to have excellent presentation and communication skills. I am a confident communicator is able to deliver information in range of formats and styles to suit audience. Excellent communication skills achieved by actively participating in Middlesex Debating Society, and also by delivering powerpoint-based presentations to audiences of up to 40 academic and peers on our research including handling questions.I love to read self-development books in my spare time. One of my favorite books is Magic of thinking big by David Schwartz. Communicating with the company's guest departments constructively and efficiently and effectively. Find ways to increase the number of students for the center by collaborating with the Marketing team to find potential customer groups. Together, the marketing team and I created a campaign targeting children from 4-8 years old and emphasizing the message that "What could be more wonderful than when children can speak fluently with at 2 languages". We showed parents the great benefits of learning English early, and the campaign was a huge success. When in 2019, we had a total of 300 students from 4-8 years old participating in the course.Ability to analyze external environmental conditions and internal circumstances of the company to come up with a reasonable competitive strategy. At that time, based on Porter's five forces analysis, I assessed that: firstly, the competition between English centers is a direct competitor based largely on price. Second, pressure from significant competitor is high (cheap online English courses). Third, Buyers have a bargaining advantage because there are many similar centers that compete on price. From that analysis I suggested to the Center Manager that the Differentiation Strategy would be the appropriate choice and wrote a report analyzing why. That strategy has been successful as we have become a pioneer in creating effective novel learning experiences that bring a lot of value to our students.
