CurrentAug 2017 - Present Provide onsite IT service for an international Auto parts manufacturer as external resourceRole: Senior Infrastructure administrator-Client Management: IT devices auto standardization (Laptop/Desktop/Workstation/Tablet/PAD/Printer/Scanner/Conference equipment etc.); hardware/software issue troubleshooting, resolve(remote/onsite); windows/software upgrade; application deployment.-Ticket management: Transfer call to incident or request in SNOW; Define its priority; resolve all tickets in SLA; record the solution for building solution library.-User management: user check in/out; account create/delete; permission grant; license assign; basic IT training.-Server management: Windows server installation/configuration; Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, Intune and M365 management; VM maintenance; daily monitoring; Patch management; server data backup and recovery; automated process management.-Asset management: Asset data update; hardware/software lifecycle; CAPEX plan; device purchase.-Supplier management: Collaboration with 3rd party support, equipment, and solution vendors.
