- Develop marketing strategies and action plans for Affiliate, Amazon, and Display channels.- Lead the agency and plan the monthly budget and actions to deliver revenue goals while driving efficient traffic and ROAS.- Guide content creation & ensure the company’s brand strategy is aligned and executed- Establish the Amazon channel from scratch, recruit the agency, build the Amazon storefront, optimize the listing, advertising, etc.- Proactively use Google Analytics to review the channel and website performance and provide market insights for optimization.

- Develop Amazon Campaign for Philips’s core products and advertise in Amazon’s German & Italy markets.- Full-scale management, including campaign structure, budget planning, creative & copy, CPC bidding, and keyword research.- Daily evaluate the ad performance, and make sure Traffic, CTR, CVR, Revenue, and ROAS are on par with the pacing.- Collaborate with the IT developers to build the data studio. Categorize the ads group for easier analysis and visualization.

Internally, I collaborate with the marketing managers and project manager to re-new the official website. My tasks include project planning, collect customer insights, analyze website performance from GA, and communicate with the engineers.Externally, I communicate with the media agency to maintain and operate the social media. My major tasks are monitor & analyze the campaigns' performance and deliver company's strategy to the agency.
