Master in Business Administration from PUC-SP, holds a postgraduate degree in Network Management and a BS in Computer Science. He studied Public Policy Management at USP for three years. He has recently undertaken a Software Engineering specialization course, but failed in some subjects due to absences. He is currently acting as a Design Thinking Consultant in DXC Technology. He has experience in design initiatives mainly in projects related to the areas of service desk, call center, application development and business processes’ improvement. He has also knowledge on service design, business analysis, product management, project management, management of organizational change and public policy management.Throughout the years, he has acquired international experience by participating in international projects in person and virtually.
