Project Management, 2019 - 2022 I was responsible for construction monitoring, disbursement schedule management, regular client coordination, and cost control. I processed change orders, variation orders, accomplishment reports, and progress billings, including subcontractor accomplishment billings. I handled site shop drawings, project documentation, and I generated close-out documents. Highlights:  2019 – Project Manager to the 2-Storey Commercial Bank Building Construction Project for CARD Bank Inc, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines  2020 - Project Manager to the European Wellness – Villa Medica Manila Premier Center, Newport Mall, Pasay City, Philippines. I directly negotiated with the Malaysian clients for the successful awarding of the project.Structural Design, 2019 – 2022 I handled Structural Design and Analysis for STUDIO 117 INC. Highlights:  2019 – Structural design of a 290 sqm. 2-Storey Residential Building with Basement. Implemented. (Batangas, Philippines)  2019 - Structural design of a 320 sqm. 3-Storey Institutional Building/Polillo Municipal Museum. Postponed. (Quezon Province, Philippines)  2019 - Structural analysis and design of a wall retrofitting and slab removal for a residential renovation project. Implemented. (Pasig City, Philippines) Quantity Surveying, 2019 - 2022 I handled Project Quantity Surveying, Contract Review, Project Scheduling, and Project Billing. Highlights:  2019 – 2-Storey Commercial Bank Building, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. I did the cost estimation of the project, from bid preparation to close-out of accounts, for STUDIO 117 INC.  2019 – 3-Storey with Basement, UP Marine Science Institute Building, Puerto Galera, Philippines. As STUDIO 117 INC consultant to the University of the Philippines Office of the Architect, I directly coordinated with the Department of Public Works and Highways on unit/price cost analysis prior to public bidding.

Cost Estimator: I did quantity surveying, attended pre-bid meetings and site inspections. I was also responsible for furnishing project bid attachments such as programme schedule, temporary facilities and stagingkeyplan, and construction methodology. Project-in-Charge (CIMB Philippines Corporate Office and Bank project):I handled construction monitoring, under the Project Manager. I was responsible for processing change orders, variation orders and the project's progress billings, including subcontractor accomplishment billings. I also generated project shop drawings, documentations, and was tasked with the close-out documents.

Construction Site Management (Project Based), 2017-2018 I handled construction monitoring, procurement schedule, and close-out of Studio 117 Inc's projects in Okada Manila (Entertainment City, Parañaque, Philippines) such as the NAIA Terminal 3 Airport Lounge and the Okada Employees Dining Area. My tasks included Quantity Surveying, Contract Review, Design Implementation and Quality Control, Project Scheduling, Risk/Issues Management, Report Preparation/Project Documentation, and Client-Contractor Coordination. Highlights:  2017 - Construction Manager for the Fit-out of the Employee Dining Room B, Okada Manila (Entertainment City, Parañaque, Philippines) and to the NAIA Terminal 3 Airport Lounge for STUDIO 117 INC.Quantity Surveying, 2018 I handled Project Quantity Surveying, Contract Review, Project Scheduling, and Project Billing. Highlights:  2017 – Employee Dining Room Podium, Okada Manila. I directly coordinated with the client-consultant (AECOM) on cost-related procedures, and variation orders for STUDIO 117 INC.
