My time at Rockwell was spent learning the sensing and safety business as well as how to install, setup, and program Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, sensing devices, and other related equipment such as power supplies and ethernet equipment. I was tasked with creating a testing setup with various sensing devices for other engineers and product managers to use, as well as performing my own testing to evaluate a 3rd party system that Rockwell was considering for a brand labeled product. I also created a set of Add-on-Instructions and HMI faceplates for an IO-Link sensor family that was to be included in an upcoming IO-Link device library release.

Retail sales associate for the electrical department. Tasks involved customer assistance, maintenance of shelves and displays and operation of personal lifts. All work was expected to be completed within the stores safety guidelines for the safety of employees and customers.

Construction of custom model train layouts for private and commercial clients. My particular tasks included woodworking for framing, installing and soldering electrical systems as well as fine details such as scenery.

CO-OP position while enrolled at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical High School. My specific project was the Insulet Corp. building in Acton MA and tasks were primarily installing light fixtures and electrical devices throughout the building. Work was expected to be completed quickly while following all standards for both electrical code and safety.
