♦ Duties: Coordinating day-to-day field activities between different functions such as management, procurement, construction, engineering, project controls, document controls, etc. Manage subcontractors, monitor their performance, and ensure contract compliance; manage project construction schedule, work with planners to provide forecast schedule; coordinate specialty contractors; gather best bids; manages subcontractors and labors; arrange for permits and the associated inspections; report, analyze and improve productivity trends; quality inspections; technical - administrative consulting and assistance for public and private client; managing private and Public construction projects.♦ Skills: Deep knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as industry practices, accepted construction technology and standards. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Competent in specification, plans and drawings reading and interpretations. Strong project management/team leader skills.

♦ Duties: Coordination & supervision of full construction project life cycle, from project startup planning through final on-time construction project delivery; scheduling & coordination of all construction processes; full financial management including responsibility for margin performance; Managing of subcontractors and service providers; maintaining drawing log and all drawing detail; daily construction administration activity; oversight of construction inspection and materials testing; field issue resolution; managing private and Public construction projects; close coordination of work with agency/owner, contractor, utilities and other stakeholders.♦ Skills: Knowledge and experience in project scheduling, and interpreting cost reports for cost control tracking and intervention. Technical knowledge of planning, construction and design. Managerial ability. Strong customer relations ability/experience. Excellent negotiation skills.
