Represented clients from pre-arrest through trial, sentencing and appeals to the Uniteds States Court of Appeals in serious and complext cases involving fraud, narcotics and firearm trafficking, and conspiracy. Advised clientele on governing regulations such as the United States Sentencing Guidelines and relevant statutes within the United States Code. Identified, assessed and mitigated the inherent risks accompanying federal indictments and guided clients accordingly

 Represented public employers in matters relating to labor relations, collective bargaining matters, personnel and human resources consulting, wage and hour disputes and municipal issues.  Counseled clients on matters relating to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal laws impacting the workplace.
