The technologies include Crestron Controllers, projectors and LED display screens, lighting controllers, eBeams and TV tuners. Review and approval of SLAs with maintenance contractors. Implement planned, corrective and ad hoc maintenance procedures, processes and systems. Updating Asset Registers as new / replacement equipment introduced and managing equipment warranties / guarantees. Providing an element of cost, programme, safety and build ability advice on proposed maintenance and capital improvement works. Issue weekly and monthly reports to Facilities Executive on Help Desk and maintenance contractor performance, incidents and issues. Ensure Building Management System (BMS) operating effectively and is updated by contractor to reflect all Tenant Installations / Office moves, etc. Technical adviser to Senior Facilities Manager and technical team. Heavily involved in the setting up and streamlining of company policies and procedures regarding the various business operations and business systems.

Contract Value: ± R 2.4 M. PM for the supply of twelve Armoured Cabs. Project was delivered in time to required quality standards (very high German standards). Contract Value: ± R 14.4 M. Reduced lead time on general replacement parts for fielded vehicles from a worst case of2 years to the current 3 months. This was done within 4 months. Improved profitability of general replacement parts for fielded vehicles sold by LMT from a  -52% (Loss) to a 43% (Net Profit). This was done within 4 months. NP Value: ± R 2.6 M.
