Reduced lead time on general replacement parts for fielded vehicles from a worst case of2 years to the current 3 months. This was done within 4 months. Improved profitability of general replacement parts for fielded vehicles sold by LMT from a -52% (Loss) to a 43% (Net Profit). This was done within 4 months. NP Value: ± R 2.6 M.
