Being a keyholder for The Royal Spa Centre, The Royal Pump Rooms and the Town Hall. My role is maintaining the safety as well as building excellent relationships with our customers and be the initial point of contact of the public, artists and performers, tenants, visitors, contractors, Councillors, WDC staff and employees. The role also involves routine maintenance, room format changes, decoration and repairs, building checks and cleaning tasks.

Being a key holder for the premises – required to open and/or close and secure the buildings.
