From incredible bars in Edinburgh, (Panda & Sons and Tigerlily to name a few) and in London at the world renowned Artesian Bar at the Langham and Swift bars London.Leon is a proud Scotsman who believes passionately in delicious cocktails and true hospitality. Raised in a very hospitable Scottish household, Leon was lucky enough to travel the world whilst he was young, exposing him to experience hospitality of the finest calibre in different corners of the world. The best way to describe Leon? A flavour nerd, coffee drinker and all around clear ice enthusiast.
