Served on the Senior Management Team in the day to day management of the school. Oversight of pastoral care to staff and students.Oversight in the planning and running of annual Life Orientation camps. Involved in developing the marketing strategy and development of marketing material to be used across multiple media streams. Planning and running bi-annual school fundraising campaigns. Presenting talks regarding Christian education across a broad range of audiences. Conducting interviews with parents and potential employees.

Manage and run the youth ministry. Administrator for ALPHA - coordinate all logistics for the course, plan camps, lead the music ministry, present talks/ messages. Part of the preaching team. Head up the music ministry and coordinate the various music teams.
