My project experience includes site grading/excavation, underground utilities, habitat restoration, refinery plant piping, extraction/injection wells, structural concrete, tilt up structures, tenant improvement, retail centers, parking structures, and all types of buildings and site work. Strong background in architectural design allows the ability to estimate conceptual design/build projects of a very complex nature. During the last two years I have produced estimates on over 400 job order contracting estimates for the US Navy. Previously I have been Chief Estimator on civil engineering hard bids for City, County, SANDAG, NAVFAC with a value of over $40 million. Can estimate multiple trades including site utilities, grading, building exteriors, building interiors, including drywall/metal studs, floor covering, ACT Ceilings, painting, landscape and habitat restoration. My portfolio includes completed individual projects from 100k to $13 million.
