Working in conjunction with the village manager I was reslonsible fir ensuring the continuity of all operational aspects of running a mine site village. This encompasses administration,catering, maintenanceand housekeeping.In addition, I was required to provide weekly performance reports on each of the various departments which iclude, but not limited to: accomodation. OHS, housekeeping, food safety, maintenance, training, and manday forecasting.

I work as part of the front line team at the Reception Office where there is currently 7,000 personnel on site who are accommodated as part of the Wheatstone Project in the remote area of Western Australia. Duties include:-Reception (answering client queries)-Checking-in / out (using software RMS SAMS)-Producing company reports-Filing-Entering data-Facilitating maintenance requests from clientsIn addition, I have experience in working in Accommodation which involves not only to facilitate bookings, but also room moves, unexpected check outs, accommodation preferences and all camp movement. This position requires that daily data and reports are passed onto management in a timely fashion.
