Projects And Lighting Maintenance Support Coordinator
Current• Responsible for developing and maintaining Publix retail stores lighting maintenance program, including objectives and deliverables, with respect to the repair and maintenance of Publix lighting systems in retail stores in 7 states. • Ensuring that Publix is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and that retail locations maintain appropriate light levels to support sales growth, customer service, and associate/consumer safety.• Monitoring lighting trends and new designs, and communicate this information in collaboration with the Publix electrical engineers and designers.• Conduct cost analysis that results in cost reduction for Publix retail stores lighting program.• Responsible for actively managing the lighting maintenance service contractors that support our retail stores in all 5 divisions.• Serve as the primary point of contact for the lighting maintenance program. • Oversee all aspects of the projects from inception to completion and account for all cost associated with the projects.
