Full responsibility for all finance, treasury, human resource, and information technology functions in the property redevelopment, demolition, recycling, and scrap processing markets.

Secured and lead engagements for a diverse range of companies which included automotive parts suppliers, a national wholesale and catalog distributor, construction-related entities, a large-scale demolition company, and a large scrap processing entity. Company sizes (sales volume) ranged from $20 million to $350 million. Project scopes included serving as Interim CFO, Interim Executive Management, developing/reviewing turnaround and start-up business plans and projections, undertaking substantial cost reduction initiatives, orderly wind downs, buy-side assistance in acquisitions, and heavy modeling of cash flow, income statements and balance sheets.

Operating and financial consultant to high-volume manufacturers, machine tool and capital equipment suppliers, steel processors, cut & sew operations, distribution entities, steel fabrication and construction companies. Served as advisor and consultant for owners, investors, lenders, and private equity firms. Frequently assumed full operational and/or financial management control. Projects include turnarounds, assessments, orderly wind-downs, ERP implementation consulting and assistance, liquidations, business planning and projections, and cash flow modeling.

Full profit-and-loss responsibility overseeing, operations, sales, finance, human resources, and product development within a $40 million Tier I supplier of inspection equipment.

Exposure to various departments within the financial staff. Numerous significant accomplishments and rapid advancement from college intern to General Supervisor of several departments.
