- Responsible for all activities in 4,000sqm warehouse, across 400+ product lines and several supplier catalogues.- Manage receipt of all local and international deliveries & shipping of customer orders. - Update stock movements in SAGE and liaise with Sales staff on sample stock counts.- Liaise with Sales staff regarding lead times for orders and special item quotes.- Allocating storage locations to products based on volume and frequency of consumption.- Ensuring all fitters and contractors have correct paperwork and documentation for stock.- Completion of cycle counts and allocation of stock for sales and discounted pricing.- Work closely with Directors to identify trends and adjust ordering patterns.- Manage sales showroom additional stock and accessories in internal dashboard system.- Ensure all machinery, racking and safety equipment is up to date and has correct certification.- Work to ensure adherence to all Health & Safety legislation and warehousing requirements.

- Responsible for receiving all incoming deliveries to main distribution centre.- Organise offloading of inbound trailers in a timely fashion.- Arranging picking of customer product orders & preparation for shipment.- Co-ordinate product deliveries to clients with external courier companies.- Booking stock codes & quantities accurately onto internal asset system.- Allocating racking space & maximizing available slots in warehouse.- Perform cycle counts on stock & investigate discrepancies.- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure order KPI’s are met.

- Receive supplier deliveries and book in high volume of spare parts onto the SAP System.- Process spare parts requests and consumables including unpacking, verifying, labeling, and distributing to appropriate locations.- Fill requests for spare parts and consumable materials from manufacturing areas.- Operate materials handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, narrow aisle loader) to move materials & distribute around processing area.- Schedule and complete physical inventories and cycle counts.- Follow up with suppliers, create inquiries and track availability of spare parts.- Maintain proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials and keep physical inventories.- Ensure that correct procedures are followed for handling & storage of materials.

- Responsible for completing Diageo deliveries & collections within the Munster area. - Ensure that loads are correctly planned to achieve maximum productivity from time for deliveries.- Accurately processing stock orders from customers and suppliers.- Liaising with finance and accounting departments regarding credit notes & customer accounts.- Carry out physical inventory checks of stock & liaise with reps regarding stock holding.- Ensure stock yard is clean & clear of hazards at all times.
