Deputy Section Leader - Biochemistry

I worked as a part-time staff for three months (4th January 2021 - 1st March 2021) after completing my industrial training at this very same place. I was positioned in the molecular diagnostics lab where I underwent training and was given the opportunity and responsibility to inspect and sort COVID PCR swab samples as well as to conduct COVID PCR tests.

From the 12th of October 2020 until the 2nd of January 2021, I underwent my industrial training at Pantai Premier Pathology Sdn Bhd (Reference Core Lab), Pantai Hospital Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The duration of my industrial training was 12 weeks, as set and obliged by the university. In the 12 weeks of my industrial training I was assigned to 6 different departments, namely sample reception department, hematology department, biochemistry and immunology department, fluid and microbiology department, bloodbank department and serology department spending 2 weeks of training in each department.
