Began vacation on November 27th 2019 which will continue until February 2020 at which time I will be officially retired! Living in Lubbock, Texas with my wife Beth. Both of our children and their spouses live in Lubbock as well. We will be enjoying them more, along with our twin Granddaughters! I will spend time enjoying hobbies, interests and travel which have previously been limited due to full time work. Chevron Phillips Chemical in Borger, TX - Managed 60 - 70 employees performing small capital projects and supplemental maintenance. Provided motivation to energize a workforce and organization which had been in place 25 years. Encouraged, facilitated and implemented many work process improvements, improved safety, enhanced productivity, and increased employee engagement in safety observations, reporting, improvement ideas, cost savings, etc. Mentored key personnel, supervisors and employees. Played integral role with introducing CPChem Borger to our JVIC capabilities and the site has now benefitted multiple times from JVIC providing supplemental support for turnarounds (mechanical and scaffolding) and pipe fabrication.
