As secretary, it was my responsibility to answer emails with a proper response and archive them. Additionally, I had to make proper records of every meeting with the board. It was also my task to administer and manage the (new) members of the student association LABor in the database.

Helping and guiding of the first and second years students with their experiments in the laboratory. I also had to check the lab journals and give feedback to the first and second years students, and at the end of a period, I would help with the grading of the lab journals.

It was my responsibility to deliver the mail to the correct address on time. When a customer had a problem with his/her mail I tried to help as much as possible.
