National Technical Consulting Manager Working Relationships - General Manager(s) - Service Delivery Manager(s) - Product Manager - National Training and Technical Enablement Manager Primary Purpose To manage Revolution IT’s technical consulting staff at a national level. This includes coordination and delivery of presales activities, training, technical client engagements and support. In addition, the role showcases Revolution IT’s technical capability across a variety of tool sets and is required to present at public seminars, events and client sessions. Responsibilities Presales - Develop a framework for the presales team including, but not limited to, technical solution offerings, marketing, sales IP assets (being processes, frameworks and templates) and staff development with strong emphasis on innovation. - Assist with presales activities on a national level when local resources are either not available or not knowledgeable enough to conduct the presales session. Training - Assist with the development, coordination and delivery of Revolution IT’s internal and external training courses - Provide coaching and support to trainers Support - When required, assist the Support Team in their goal to provision first class support services to our product support customers and staff. Internal Consultant Augmentation - Assist our national delivery teams where additional technical expertise is required.
