I have 7 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel operations and guest services. In my previous role as Assistant director of Operations at The Westin Houston Downtown, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service, checking guests in and out, and handling reservations. I also assisted with coordinating and plaining events and conferences at the hotel. In addition to my Marketing experience, I have the opportunity to work for L’Auberge Casino Resort more focus in casino marketing. I assisted with the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, including player rewards programs and social media marketing.
