Leon has been a Director of BIM Drafting Services since September 2011 and was appointed Managing Director with effect from 1 September 2017. Having a background in engineering design, steel detailing and BIM collaboration, Leon provides strategic guidance to a diverse range of projects. During his career, Leon has gained extensive experience across various commercial and operational processes, business systems and improvement initiatives.Leon is responsible for the strategic decisions and policies of the company, with a strong focus on leadership and the companies growth and sustainability. He is a key driver in company innovation, productivity, quality and the collaborative culture within the business.
