Over the past 7 years, I have transitioned into more strategic commercial positions, however my passion for operational excellence, people, project management, processes, stakeholder management & partnerships remains. A resilient, adaptable, versatile, driven, organised and well-rounded leader with over twenty years’ experience working across the public, regulatory and private sector for brands across sports, retail, e-commerce and telecoms. In leadership positions, I have focused on innovation, collaboration, engagement and creating positive business partnerships that instil change and drive the bottom line.I possess diverse experience from leading and mentoring teams, to risk and crisis management, business continuity, intelligence and investigations, as well as commercial roles leading partnerships, business development and operations.
