I was responsible for every program for children from infant to grade six. This included staring nurseries, Sunday school programs, midweek programs, summer Vacation Bible School programs and special events such as Christmas programs, Easter programs, special theme Sunday programs. I was responsible for for about 150 volunteer staff members. I created trainings programs for the staff. I was responsible for the application process totaling over 400, which included an interview, reference checks as well as a background check.
