I have made an effort to fill out the skill shortage by enquiring with other companies about what specific licences or trained skills are most needed. Ergo, I have a list of blue collar certificates for industrial sites in addition to plenty of experience in administration and paperwork including computational math spreadsheets, and have also designed a commercial scale solar water heating system. I also graduated with a degree in biology science some years ago, just in case it is relevant too.Just in case there are additional certificates or some extra trained skill needed, I can put in extra hours and effort for a win-win situation where the exact thing both of us want is obtained by undertaking a new training course in my own time, or get the right on the job experience.
